Ribose was named Best Secure Collaboration Platform of the year in the 2016 Technology Innovator Awards for allowing users in security-aware industries to work together effectively, while protecting their highly-valuable collaborative data through pioneering cloud security and privacy, all delivered through an intuitive user experience.

Other winners include leading technology providers such as 3M, BT, CA Technologies, KPMG, Tripwire, and Xerox.

2016Best New Collaboration Service, Best New Social Business Service, Best Social Mobile App categories and Best Security Solution by the 13th annual International Business Awards

Ribose was named winner of three Gold Stevie® Awards in the "Best New Product or Service of the Year — Software Collaboration/Social Networking Solution", "Best New Product or Service of the Year - Software - Social Business Solution", "Best Social Mobile App" categories, and a Bronze Stevie® Award for "Best New Product or Service of the Year - Software - Security Solution" at The 13th Annual International Business Awards.

Ribose has won three Gold Stevie® Awards in the "Best New Product or Service of the Year — Software Collaboration/Social Networking Solution", "Best New Product or Service of the Year - Software - Social Business Solution" and "Best Social Mobile App" categories, as well as a Bronze Stevie® Award for "Best New Product or Service of the Year - Software - Security Solution" at The 13th Annual International Business Awards.

The International Business Awards, or "Stevies", are the world’s premier business awards program recognizing the most respected individuals and commercial organizations around the world. The 2016 IBAs attracted more than 3,800 nominations from over 60 nations and territories — representing a wide range of public and private, profit and non-profit, small and large organizations from virtually every industry.

Ribose skipped participation in the traditional Company / Organization categories as its Founder/CEO Ronald Tse chaired the Company / Organization judging committee at the 13th IBA, to prevent any conflict of interest.

In awarding Ribose the Gold Stevie for Best Social Collaboration App, judges commended Ribose for "being social but at the same time highly protected in a cloud based platform" and for "practical and strong use of technology to enable greater globalization and digitization."

Judges who selected Ribose for the Gold Stevie in the Best Collaboration / Social Networking Solution category called it "a great example of customer engagement and involvement in business operations" and "definitely a company to watch out for," praising Ribose for offering a "clever new angle on secured collaboration." Scoring the submission for Best Social Business Solution, the panel highlighted Ribose’s "world class cloud platform" and "exceptional security features", backed by "numerous international awards and certifications."

IBA judges also presented Ribose with a Bronze Stevie Award for Best New Product or Service of the Year - Software - Security Solution, commenting, "Ribose empowers customers to devote their full energy to developing their business, while leaving security in their capable hands. It is a true enabler to many industries."

Ribose was named Best Cloud Collaboration Startup in the 2016 Stratus Awards hosted by the Business Intelligence Group.

The Stratus Awards recognize companies and individuals innovating in the cloud and providing offerings that are truly differentiated in the market.

Ribose was named the Best Cloud Collaboration Startup among numerous nominations, alongside other winners including NetApp, Fonality and Toshiba.

2015Security Innovation of the Year by Cloud Security Alliance APAC

Ribose has been named Security Innovation of the Year by the Cloud Security Alliance (CSA), the premier organization for the cloud security industry.

Ribose received the award at the CSA APAC Inaugural Awards Ceremony on 3 December 2015 in Guangzhou, China after careful appraisal of professionalism, excellence, innovation and measurable success by the judging committee. The prestigious award recognizes the very best in the technology industry, rewarding industry-leading organizations for innovation and performance in the cloud sector. Ribose was named Security Innovation of the Year alongside Trend Micro and DBApp Security, recognizing its genuinely innovative approach to cloud security.

Cloud collaboration platform provider Ribose has been named a winner of the Red Herring 2015 Top 100 Asia Award.

Ribose has been named a winner of the Red Herring 2015 Top 100 Asia Award and is the first secure cloud collaboration company to be included in global media conglomerate Red Herring’s annual lineup of rising stars in the technology world.

Red Herring’s Top 100 Asia is a prestigious recognition for the region’s most promising private technology ventures. The list has become a mark of distinction for up-and-coming companies and entrepreneurs, and Ribose joins prominent previous Top 100 winners including Google, Facebook, Kakao, Twitter, Rakuten, Salesforce.com, Xiaomi and YouTube.

Choosing from a pool of hundreds of companies across Asia each year, the Red Herring editorial team selects the most innovative candidates for further assessment. Nominees are evaluated on both quantitative and qualitative criteria including financial performance, technological innovation, quality of management, execution of strategy and integration into their respective industries. Red Herring’s Top 100 Global is a prestigious recognition that recognizes the most promising private technology ventures from Asia, Europe and North America. The list has become a mark of distinction for up-and-coming companies and entrepreneurs, and Ribose joins prominent previous Top 100 Global alumni including Google, Facebook, Twitter, Skype, Salesforce.com, eBay and YouTube. This global award follows Ribose’s selection as winner of Red Herring’s Top 100 Asia in September 2015.

Every year, the Red Herring editorial team selects nominees for evaluation based on a number of quantitative and qualitative factors, including financial performance, technological innovation, quality of management, execution of strategy and integration into their respective industries. After presenting its secure cloud collaboration platform to judges at the Red Herring Global Forum held in Los Angeles, California on 17-19 November 2015, Ribose was named a winner of this year’s award.

2015Best New Collaboration Service and Most Innovative Company in Asia, Australia and New Zealand by the 12th annual International Business Awards

Ribose was named winner of two Gold Stevie® Awards in the "Best New Product or Service of the Year — Software Collaboration/Social Networking Solution" and "Most Innovative Company of the Year in Asia, Australia and New Zealand" categories in The 12th Annual International Business Awards.

The International Business Awards are the world’s premier business awards program. All individuals and organizations worldwide — public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small — are eligible to submit nominations. The 2015 IBAs received entries from more than 60 nations and territories. More than 3,700 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories.

IBA Judges commended the Ribose platform for democratizing secure collaboration, by providing a "technically robust offering" with "collaboration tools in a secured setting", allowing unprecedented flexibility to use the "open platform" in both "professional working and fun" settings through a "very easy to use and attractive interface design" — as winning factors in naming Ribose’s platform the Best New Product or Service of the Year — Software Collaboration/Social Networking Solution category. Ribose’s security focus was best summarized by a judge who noted: "Most existing cloud collaboration software simply does not offer the necessary security levels to protect mission-critical, commercially sensitive projects."

In naming Ribose the Most Innovative Company of the Year in Asia, Australia and New Zealand, IBA Judges lauded the company’s "great commitment and great team, deploying the technology to the benefit of both the company and the community," "professional management" and "excellent performance", as well as its "impressive accomplishment in achieving multiple certifications", providing users with "all the benefits of an enterprise-class collaboration platform, with none of the associated infrastructure and costs."
